Professional Services Consultant – Fortinet Networking Security Wireless
Join LogicalisUS to lead professional services engagements focusing on Fortinet platforms. Deliver high‑impact network and security solutions to enterprise clients, designing, deploying, and optimizing multi‑vendor environments.
Responsibilities
Lead professional services engagements with a primary focus on Fortinet platforms.
Design and implement complex network architectures (LAN/WAN, wireless, SD‑WAN, security).
Conduct network assessments, migrations, and upgrades in multi‑vendor environments.
Develop and deliver Low‑Level Design (LLD) documents, implementation plans and topology diagrams.
Provide expert guidance on technical solutions aligned with client business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced networking issues across Fortinet and secondary platforms.
Collaborate with PMO, RMO and EM to manage project delivery.
Deliver consultative knowledge transfer and documentation to Logicalis clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination accepted.
7+ years of proven technical experience designing, implementing and supporting Network and Security solutions.
Hands‑on experience with Fortinet product suite (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAuthenticator, FortiWeb, FortiNAC, FortiSwitch, FortiAP).
Proficient knowledge of industry standard networking and security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, packet capture, routing, switching, cabling, network configuration).
Experience in multi‑vendor environments and SD‑WAN solutions.
Strong technical writing skills and ability to produce detailed design documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel nationally to meet with clients.
Preferred Certifications
Fortinet NSE 4 – FortiGate Security (Required)
Fortinet NSE5 – FortiManager & FortiAnalyzer (Required)
Fortinet NSE6 – Specialized Security (Required)
Fortinet NSE7 – Enterprise Firewall (Required)
Cisco CCNA (Preferred)
Cisco CCNP Enterprise or Security (Preferred)
Aruba ACMP and ACNSA (Desired)
Juniper JNCIS, JNCIP (Desired)
PCNSE (Desired)
Salary Compensation $115,000 to $130,000 plus bonus.
