We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Work Environment
This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment. Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely. Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates. Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records. Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner. Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life. Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care. Qualifications
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred. Ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care. Current CNA certification in Nebraska required. Benefits
