Deliver network support and customer-focused solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Provide expert-level support and guidance to external customers, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction. Take ownership of challenging support cases from initiation through resolution, maintaining accountability and clear communication throughout. Correspond with customer and other divisions within the company to ensure all customer concerns and issues are resolved in a timely manner. May perform other job duties as assigned. What Youll Need To Have
Minimum of 3 years experience in network engineering. Strong knowledge of BGP Border Gateway Protocol. Strong Knowledge of VPN. Current CCNA certification. Strong communication skills written and verbal. What Would Be Nice For You To Have
