Senior Executive Recruiter – SkyWater Search Partners | Sales and Leadership SkyWater is partnering with a fast-growing industrial packaging company located in the Minneapolis area. They have provided top quality packaging and end-of-line automation solutions to various industries for nearly 50 years.

The role of Business Development Manager is an outside sales position traveling throughout northern Ohio. This individual would be supported by a sales & marketing team generating warm leads. My client is targeting a hunter to sell products on value while up selling several given accounts. Selling mainly into agriculture, construction, and mining, any background experience in those industries is a plus!

This is a pivotal role suited for someone excited to pursue new business, develop territories, and engage clients with refined presentation skills. They compensate well through base salary + bonus and offer a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

Leverage contemporary selling strategies to identify and acquire new business

Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product lines

Address customer needs by aligning value-based solutions within the customer’s objectives

Travel for the purpose of soliciting orders, sharing new product information, and assessing current or prospective customer needs

Develop and maintain long-term relationships

Meet and exceed annual sales targets

Desired Skills And Experience

2-4+ years of industrial sales experience is desired

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

Experience selling tangible products or equipment is preferred

Hunter mentality
