Overview
We are seeking a Publications Manager with a strong scientific and project management background to lead global publication planning and execution for multiple myeloma assets. This role is instrumental in driving strategy and execution for scientific publications in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and cross‑functional pharmaceutical environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead the global publication planning and strategy in collaboration with R&D Compound Development Team, Global Medical Affairs, Regional teams, Market Access colleagues. Manage external publication vendors to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of abstracts, posters, manuscripts, presentations. Drive strategic alignment across stakeholders, ensuring regional/local publication needs are incorporated into global plans. Serve as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and agencies — providing clear direction and connecting the dots independently without needing constant oversight. Proactively manage timelines for major events (e.g., medical conferences) and escalate risks as needed. Support both the development and execution of publication strategies with a focus on detail, deadlines, and cross‑functional alignment. Required Qualifications
Advanced degree: PharmD or PhD in a scientific discipline. Publications background in pharma or agency setting, with ability to independently manage and direct agency partners. Demonstrated experience managing multiple assets, with strong preference for Myeloma, Hematology, Oncology. Excellent project management skills: able to take a project from concept to completion with precision, timeliness, and minimal supervision. Strong ability to strategize, organize, and execute independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑autonomy environment. Seniority Level
