The Okta Sales Team Our Enterprise Sales Team manages the sales process for medium‑size and enterprise customers.

We conduct presentations, site visits and product demos, and represent Okta professionally to win new clients and grow existing relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Establish a vision and plan to guide long‑term pipeline generation.

Consistently deliver revenue targets and support year‑over‑year territory growth.

Identify, develop and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities.

Build and cultivate a network of decision makers in prospect accounts.

Scope, negotiate and close agreements to meet and exceed quota targets.

Leverage Okta partners to identify and open new opportunities.

Build and nurture effective partnerships within the Okta ecosystem.

Adopt a strong value‑based sales approach and present compelling viewpoints.

Travel as necessary to build relationships with customers and prospects.

What You’ll Bring:

7+ years of experience growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products.

Strong ability to evangelize, educate, and create demand with C‑level decision makers.

Proven success navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Experience selling into C‑suite and building partnership and buy‑in with stakeholders.

Experience partnering with GSI’s and the wider partner ecosystem.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for all audiences.

Confidence, self‑drive, and humility required to work in teams.

Expertise using a sales framework such as MEDDPICC, Challenger or Sandler.

Compensation & Benefits Annual OTE range (California, Colorado, New York, Washington): $240,000 – $360,000 USD (base salary + incentive).
