Job Responsibilities
Support the Auditor in Charge (AIC) in scoping decisions, testing approaches, and audit workpapers throughout the audit lifecycle
Draft and complete MR(I)A workpapers and audit documents
Communicate effectively with senior audit management and audit clients regarding engagements
Conduct fieldwork and ensure timely completion of workpapers
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and complete necessary training
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of audit or risk management experience within the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting financial institutions
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to groups of professionals
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience working with a public accounting or risk advisory firm
Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CRCM, or CFE
