About The Role
Support the Sales Manager in motivating and coaching the sales team.
Conduct live call monitoring and provide performance feedback.
Reinforce best practices during team huddles and meetings.
Track KPIs and report performance metrics to leadership.
Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and maintaining floor coverage.

Qualifications
3+ years of call center or insurance sales supervisory experience (required).
Understanding of life insurance products and sales KPIs.
Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
Must hold or be able to obtain a Florida 2‑15 Life, Health & Annuities License.
