Overview Pinnacle Home Improvements is one of the largest and fastest growing exterior home improvement companies in the Southeast. We are seeking a talented and energetic Canvassing Team Lead to join our team. As a Lead, you will be responsible for setting qualified appointments as well as overseeing and training the in-field canvass team. Your role will be pivotal in identifying leads and building strong relationships within the community.
Duties
Communicates with the call center to ensure accuracy.
Tracks flow of jobs.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling effective communication with potential customers.
Confirms accuracy of data for input in the system & works with canvass workers on metrics, leads and appointments.
Communicates as needed with Sales Managers / General Managers.
Proactive with customer communications.
Keeps up on all appointments and results.
Lead and manage canvassing team to ensure effective outreach and lead generation, including team scheduling.
Maintains documentation in Lead Perfection and CRM.
Reports to Canvass Manager/Director.
Requirements
Proven experience leading teams, preferably in canvassing, sales, or a related field.
Siding, Window, and Roofing experience preferred, not required.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with potential customers.
Proficiency in Lead Perfection or similar CRM platforms preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Fluency in English is essential.
Valid Driver's License required.
Schedule availability: afternoons and evenings Mon-Thurs and middays on Saturdays.
