What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts

Own customer engagements from prospecting and qualification to closing

Demonstrate a solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns

Champion and embed the employer's cultural principles as the company scales

Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role

Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts with $100k+ ARR transactions

Experience managing enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Willingness and comfort with traveling to meet customers on a monthly basis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working with line of business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT)

Awards for top achievement (e.g., President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, Top 10%)
