Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises implementation of treatment plans. Develops individualized goals and objectives for in‑home programs and designs treatment plans based on functional assessment data. Provides ongoing program oversight and weekly on‑site/remote supervision of RBTs. Completes all necessary documentation. Provides quality parent training on a monthly basis. Ensures billing, notes, and reports are completed in a timely manner. Qualifications & Skills

BCBA certification and licensed by the Board of Medicine in the State of MD, or willing to obtain license before employment. Demonstrated understanding of DTT, NET, and other ABA strategies. Reliable transportation. Team‑player mindset. Experience supervising RBTs. Positive, supportive attitude. Must pass a background check. Benefits

Adheres to organizational policies, procedures, and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board code of ethics. Maintains client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Committed to ongoing training and professional development. Required Qualifications

BCBA certification. Master’s or Doctorate in education, psychology, or behavior analysis. Experience conducting assessments (VB‑MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, FBA). Knowledge and experience with DTT, NET, VB, parent training, goal setting, program monitoring, data analysis, treatment writing, session notes. Compensation and Benefits

Base salary with bonus structure. Remote/hybrid supervision and parent training capabilities. Health insurance for qualifying employees. 401(k) for qualifying employees. Full‑time: 25 hours weekly. Part‑time: choose your own hours. PTO for qualifying employees. License/Certification
