Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Merakey’s Children & Family Services division offers comprehensive mental health and autism services for children and adolescents. We are seeking a compassionate, credentialed BCBA to join our collaborative team and provide evidence‑based, individualized care for children with autism.
Location & Schedule Full‑time, on‑site at our ABA Center in Baton Rouge. Monday‑Friday 8:00‑4:00.
Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and support a caseload of 8‑12 children diagnosed with autism ages 2‑21.
Conduct ABA assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision within a structured setting.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams and conduct parent training monthly.
Ensure accurate, timely documentation per payer and agency guidelines.
Qualifications
Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (minimum).
Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) credential or BCBA eligibility.
Louisiana BCBA licensure required.
