About the Opportunity Adventist Health White Memorial

is seeking a skilled and dedicated Vascular Surgeon to join our team. This physician will provide comprehensive vascular care, including the diagnosis, treatment, and management of diseases of the arteries, veins, and lymphatic system. The ideal candidate will be patient-centered, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality surgical and non-surgical care to our community.

Both newly trained and experienced physicians with a collaborative approach to medicine will be considered for the current needs.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of vascular procedures, including open surgeries and minimally invasive endovascular interventions.

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with peripheral arterial disease, aneurysms, carotid artery disease, venous disorders, and other vascular conditions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including cardiologists, interventional radiologists, and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations, follow-ups, and continuity of care.

Participate in on-call coverage as required.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the EMR system.

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, teaching, and mentorship if applicable.

Stay current with advancements in vascular surgery through ongoing education and professional development.

Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Candidates must be a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon, be California licensed/eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.

This is not a J-1 eligible opportunity.

Employed through Adventist Health Medical Group (AHMG).

Wage Scale:

$566,000 - $630,000/year

Position qualifies for Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program.
