Ohio Neurosurgery - Flexible Call Coverage
Highlights
Flexible call schedule: only one week per month. Travel and lodging provided for your assignment. Work in a Level 1 Trauma Center. Practice Setting
Hospital-based practice. Adult and geriatric patient demographic, including emergent cases from the ED. Collaborate with an experienced neurosurgery team. Schedule
24-hour call coverage for approximately one week per month. Immediate need for late August into early September coverage. Shifts are typically 8-12 hours in length with 1-2 emergent surgical cases per day. Procedures and Cases
Neurosurgery Cases: Adult, Trauma, Brain Bleed Stoppage, Clot Removal, Tumor Removal, Trauma Repair, Shunt Insertion or Revision (with neuro IR in-house). Spine Surgery Procedures: Spine Stabilization and Reconstruction, Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty, Spinal Fusion, Laminectomy, Diskectomy. Requirements
Board Certification in Neurosurgery is required. Must hold an active Ohio medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications are necessary. Credentialing Requirements
Standard credentialing process applies. Travel accommodations
