Overview

The Social Media & Content Specialist is responsible for managing all Snake River Farms social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube), including strategically scheduling posts, developing content, and monitoring performance data. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and content teams to create and execute campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement, and sales, ensuring alignment with promotional and seasonal calendars. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with influencers and brand partners to amplify reach and engagement, oversee community management to maintain a strong brand presence, and stay current on social trends, emerging platforms, and content best practices. Additionally, this individual will produce high-quality content—including photography and video (short- and long-form)—optimized for each platform and reflective of the Snake River Farms brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for campaign/content development and execution for all Snake River Farms social media accounts. Develop creative ways to grow audiences – partnerships, giveaways, live events, etc. Develop content to promote and support initiatives on Website (Recipes, How-To's, Product Campaigns, Industry Knowledge) Manage daily postings on all social platforms – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube that adhere to Snake River Farms Social Media Guidelines. Collaborate with advertisement agency on creative assets. In coordination with appropriate teams, assist in content creation for marketing campaigns. Coordinate Team SRF Influencer collaborations, including content planning, scheduling, and post approvals to ensure alignment with brand objectives. Assist with large-scale photo shoots – including product and lifestyle photography. Oversee and manage budget planning, execution, and reporting to ensure efficient use of resources. Establish and monitor social KPIs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2-4 years experience with content creation including video and photography editing. Passionate about driving brand awareness through social media. Previous experience with social media scheduling tools. Well versed in current social media trends and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or other relevant degree.
