What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the primary point of contact for new client requests on up to three priority accounts

Manage an integrated project plan, coordinating with all service lines

Monitor resource utilization, forecast workload, and manage project budgets

Track hours and costs to ensure projects remain within budget, raising issues as needed

Delegate tasks across team members using project management tools

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven experience as a project manager, coordinating teams, vendors, and client stakeholders

Experience managing projects with internal cross-functional teams of 8-10+ people

Working knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Paid Media, Data Analytics, and UX

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Ability to interface directly with client points of contact at all levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with project management tools such as Wrike.com

A proactive approach to managing risk and finding workarounds for project roadblocks

Commitment to ongoing learning and process improvement in project management
