Senior Interior Designer
Los Angeles, CA | $70,000 – $90,000 annually
Responsibilities
Lead the production of design and construction documents for high‑end retail projects nationwide
Ensure all deliverables meet client standards and comply with applicable building codes
Manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously
Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors
Conduct architectural site surveys and generate detailed reports (travel required)
Manage and coordinate a wide variety of consultants including MEP, Structural, lighting, and landscape
Occasionally lead interior design decisions to achieve appropriate solutions that involve material specifications, interior design, furniture, and lighting
Participate in construction administration
Interior Design and/or Interior Architecture
Interior and exterior furniture and finishes specifications
Visual Merchandising
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
5–10 years of post‑graduate experience working in a US architectural firm
Experience with retail store documentation, roll outs and tenant coordination
Strong technical knowledge and ability to develop construction details
Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp (a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and problem‑solving abilities
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Willingness to travel nationally
