Clinical Director
for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence. The Director of PHP/IOP oversees the day-to-day operations, clinical quality, and strategic growth of Clarity Clinic's Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program. This leadership role requires experience in a higher level of care setting (HLOC) and a balance of clinical expertise, operational acumen, and team management to ensure exceptional patient care and program effectiveness. The Director will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide guidance to clinical staff, and drive initiatives to optimize the quality and outcomes of PHP/IOP services. Location (On-Site):
Clarity Clinic Loop - 333 North Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60601 Schedule:
This position requires consistent evening coverage on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight of the PHP/IOP programs, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards. Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines that align with Clarity Clinic's mission and values. Collaborate with executive team to set strategic goals and expand services to meet community and organizational needs. Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance program offerings. Supervise and support clinical staff, including clinical supervisors, therapists, prescribers, and case managers, ensuring high-quality care delivery. Monitor program utilization, capacity, and efficiency, making data-driven decisions to improve operations. Oversee scheduling, staff allocation, and workflow to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with billing, administrative, and operational teams to address challenges and optimize reimbursement processes. Hire, train, and evaluate PHP/IOP staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Oversee treatment planning, group facilitation, and therapeutic interventions, ensuring they meet client needs and align with program goals. Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices and Joint Commission standards.
Benefits and Perks
Full Time: Base salary range $95k-$105k, commensurate to years of experience and licensure. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, EAP services and more. 401k match up to 4%. 20 days of accrued PTO plus up to 5 sick/wellness days and 6 paid holidays. $100.00 Monthly Wellness Reimbursement Stipend to support your self-care routine. $500.00 annual Professional Development Reimbursement Stipend and paid CE days.
Qualifications and Minimum Requirements
Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with one of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD. Experience in a higher level of care setting (HLOC). 2+ years of clinical leadership experience. Experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization (PHP) settings, including group, family, and individual work. Experience working with an array of populations and diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders.
