Our personalized treatment plans are designed to give patients safe and effective care that allows them to return to their highest functional abilities. Position Summary
Innovative Physical Therapy, LLC. is looking to add a self-motivated, licensed physical therapist to the team. Candidates must demonstrate multi-tasking adaptability, strong writing and communications skills, and must foster a positive and professional demeanor in the workplace. The ability to manage patients from different backgrounds and disabilities is required. Candidates must be available to work flexible morning and evening hours. This position is being offered as full time with opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and perform individually designed treatment programs to maintain, improve and / or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and / or prevent physical dysfunction in patients. Perform manual therapy, range of motion exercises, and electrical stimulation in efforts to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and increase muscle strength in patients who have experienced traumatic injury or intrusive surgery. Monitor patients for clinical signs that warrant changes to their current treatment plan and come up with innovative alternatives within the plan of care. Promote wellness through a holistic plan of care tailored to patient specific needs by documenting patient progress and plans for re-evaluation. Motivating patients during treatment to promote patient confidence in optimizing functional goals. Maintain documentation in compliance with the Maryland Physical Therapy Practice Act. Minimum Qualifications
Possess current Maryland state registered license. Must have graduated from an accredited institution. Show evidence of good analytical assessment skills, independent decision making, and skills in treatment documentation. Required Documents
