Job Summary and Responsibilities
CHI Joseph Medical Group in Berea, Kentucky, is currently recruiting a Family Practice APP to join our established practice. The Providers in this clinic care for patients with a full range of health and wellness services:
Annual wellness exams and sports physicals
Care for all acute illnesses and minor injuries
Care for chronic illnesses like asthma, diabetes and hypertension
Diagnostic services, including lab work, vision and hearing testing, blood pressure monitoring and more
Preventive care, including personalized consultations and health screenings
Well-child exams, including immunizations for newborns to adolescents
Seasonal support for allergies and the flu
Practice Highlights
Practice currently consists of 2 MD’s, 1APP, CMA’s and support staff
Out-patient only

Basic Responsibilities
Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities.
Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards.
Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility.
Educate patients on both clinical and managed care.
Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate.
Function as an effective clinic team member.
Meet productivity standards.
Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information.
Job Requirements License/Certification:
Kentucky Licensure
