ADP is hiring a Director for Strategic Analytics, Strategic Operations Team ADP is hiring a Director for Strategic Analytics, Strategic Operations team. The director will partner closely with Strategic Operations and Business Unit leaders to define, communicate, and help drive ADP’s Client / Associate Experience strategy, and play a central role in working with cross functional teams to address & action on strategic questions for the Client / Associate Experience Initiative.

The Director Strategic Analytics will be responsible for working with an Enterprise-wide cross functional Team to address key strategic questions.

Partner / collaborate with the BU Operations, Client Experience, Product / Technology, Sales, Finance, Teams to address strategic questions and identify opportunities / use cases.

Help devise and communicate ADP’s Client / Associate Experience Strategic Plan, with a particular focus on how to successfully roll out this initiative across ADP.

Identify and evaluate potential new opportunity areas for service & product in collaboration with Strategic Operations, BU Service & Product, and GPT Teams

Develop project status updates / presentations to address strategic questions looking across workstreams; recommend specific approaches to identify, and track impact of strategic initiatives

Identify new strategies and initiatives as well as continuously shape existing onesto help drive Client / Associate Experience across the Enterprise

This individual will be a member of the COO Strategics Analytics Team, a highly collaborative team, which provides deep analytics support to solve the most challenging business problems here at ADP, including client experience, call reduction, retention, pricing, contact center optimization and digital channel optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide key support on strategic initiatives / questions and ad-hoc analyses by leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills; conduct in-depth analyses to support initiatives to identify opportunities and risks, recommendations, etc.

Support includes:

Develop compelling presentations (including charts, tables, graphs) to translate analytic findings / business Insights to an executive audience.

Uncover opportunities where analytics can be used to identify key drivers of client experience opportunities and provide insightful, innovative, and actionable recommendations to improve client experience and business outcomes

Leverage problem-solving skills to rapidly create ad-hoc analyses to answer complex business-related issues / questions.

Present key “actionable” findings by leveraging communication, partnership / collaboration skills.

Performs other related ad-hoc assignments, as needed.

Requirements

Travel estimated 10%; some situations may require more travel

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure and conduct appropriate analyses. Prior experience in analytics, consulting, client experience, continuous-improvement, or related fields a plus.

Preferably, you have experience in a top-tier consulting firm, product strategy or the following roles: corporate strategy, or analytics / research at a technology company; and/or an MBA from a leading school is a plus.

The ability to successfully navigate complexity, ambiguity, and pressure to get things done in a fast-paced environment that requires balancing competing priorities.

Ability to identify opportunities where analytics can be used to identify / impact business results.

Ability to work in a highly collaborative manner with a reasonable degree of independence.

Ability to create compelling presentations (including charts, tables, graphs) to translate analytic findings to an executive audience.

Exceptional communication, partnership, and collaboration skills.

Results-oriented, self-starter – quick learner and able to adapt to changing business priorities.

Education & Certification Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience.

Preferably, you have experience in a top-tier consulting firm, product strategy or the following roles: corporate strategy, or analytics / research at a technology company; and/or an MBA from a leading school is a plus.
