The Technology team includes six departments: Information Security, Service Delivery, Business Enabling Systems, eCommerce & Marketing Technology, Data and Stores, and Services & Supply Chain. The IT team’s work is instrumental in PetSmart’s success. About the Job
The Senior Director of SAP Strategy & Operations will lead the transformation of PetSmart’s SAP ECC Migration to S4/HANA. The role requires an understanding of retail operations and the SAP product ecosystem. The director will also ensure the current ECC environment operates to expected SLA while migration is underway, preventing business disruption and incorporating future business requirements. Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Execute the SAP S4/HANA Roadmap, maintain SOX compliance, build and lead a Migration Leadership Program, identify risks, and manage change management. Process Improvement: Optimize retail operations, fit into S4/HANA process, maintain standard SAP functionality, and lead System Integrators. Prioritization: Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to shape demand, assess emerging SAP technologies, and drive visibility of new product enhancements. Talent Management: Direct the SAP and EDI teams, ensuring individual performance and career growth. Team Leadership: Lead a team of 15 associates, building a competitive team aligned with PetSmart culture. Support & Enhancement: Maintain stability and health in implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of technology processes. Qualifications
15+ years experience in SAP landscapes, finance, HR, and system processes. Experience with SAP, Avalara, OpenText VIM, Riskonnect, Cadient, SuccessFactors, OpenText EDI VAN, and BlackLine. Benefits
