Feature Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, user-facing features and reusable UI components using React. Collaboration & UX: Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Back-End Engineers to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experience across all devices. Performance: Proactively identify and optimize application performance, focusing on speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable TypeScript code, participating actively in code reviews to uphold engineering standards. Technical Growth: Stay current with the latest trends, tooling, and best practices in the React ecosystem and wider front-end development community. Required Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of dedicated professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on building production applications using React. Modern Stack: Hands-on experience with TypeScript, modern build pipelines, and established styling solutions (e.g., Styled Components, CSS Modules, or Tailwind CSS). APIs: Familiarity with integrating applications via RESTful APIs and managing asynchronous data fetching. Mindset: Excellent communication and collaborative skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills)
Proven experience with the Next.js framework. Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, MobX). Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and professional use of version control systems (Git). Understanding of GraphQL principles. Base pay range
