Single Family HOA Portfolio Director
Location: Must be based in, or willing to relocate to Houston, TX.
CORY is hiring a Single Family HOA Portfolio Director who is passionate and driven about the real estate industry and ready to join a growing and thriving organization.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader
Manage a single‑family HOA portfolio throughout Houston, TX.
Demonstrate a positive, can‑do attitude with a relentless drive to do the job despite obstacles.
Build and coach a great team of 8‑10 Managers and communicate with important stakeholders.
Develop the annual budget(s) for the properties comprising the assigned portfolio and oversee the attainment of budgeted goals.
Coordinate work activities and services from vendors, consultants, and other contractors as needed.
Provide new and innovative approaches to continuous improvement through property management operations, which support improved efficiencies and performance.
The Skills & Experience You Possess
4+ years of Property Management experience at a Regional level, preferably with some experience in community association management.
3+ years of strong leadership experience.
Understanding operating statements and financial budgets requires a company culture and will help build upon it.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, and similar software.

Base Salary Depends on Experience -$110K+.
