Manager, Group Products – Fiber Connectivity
A growing data center fiber team is seeking a dynamic Manager, Group Products – Fiber Connectivity to lead global product strategy. This high‑impact role includes full ownership of the product portfolio’s P&L, driving revenue growth, and guiding a team of product managers to deliver innovative fiber cable assembly solutions. The role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a collaborative, innovation‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of global product roadmaps aligned with market and customer needs
Oversee full product lifecycle across multiple product lines—from concept to retirement
Set competitive pricing, manage margins, and identify cost‑saving opportunities to meet financial targets
Mentor and grow a high‑performing product management team
Translate customer insights into market‑ready solutions using Voice of Customer (VOC) practices
Conduct competitive analysis to refine value propositions, size markets, and optimize pricing strategies
Monitor and report on portfolio performance to ensure alignment with business strategy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or a technical field required; MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in fiber connectivity and fiber assemblies
Minimum 5 years of management experience
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
Compensation
Annual base salary range: $125,000 to $175,000
Annual discretionary incentive plan based on company and individual performance
Bonus eligibility and amount are based on company and/or individual performance
Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications
