Ferguson, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead our high‑volume RDC in Waterloo, Iowa. The 650,000‑square‑foot facility supports B2B and B2C channels, branch replenishment and a workforce of 100‑120 hourly associates and 10 salaried leaders. Opportunity
Drive safety, quality, productivity and associate engagement in a multi‑shift environment. Champion continuous improvement, technology adoption and zero‑incident culture. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational profitability. Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire and develop salaried leaders and frontline associates. Set and drive goals for safety, quality, productivity and associate engagement. Hire, develop, coach and retain top talent; establish succession plans. Execute day‑to‑day operations with focus on best‑in‑class service levels and efficiency. Champion a zero‑incident safety culture; ensure OSHA compliance. Develop and implement strategies to enhance competitive edge, operational performance and profitability. Stay current on industry trends, technology and automation; continuously improve operations and safety. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of dynamic leadership in large‑scale distribution, production or manufacturing, including salaried and hourly teams. Proven experience in e‑commerce fulfillment and complex big‑box operations. Deep understanding of WMS, TMS and warehouse automation systems. Familiarity with Labor Management Systems (LMS) or engineered labor standards. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with Lean/continuous improvement approach. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative, influence and conflict resolution. Benefits
