Job Summary Operative leader overseeing Sales, Client Services, and Marketing to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and cross‑functional collaboration. Sets targets, ensures performance, and implements strategies to optimize commercial success.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Oversight
– Develop and facilitate commercial operations strategy aligned with business objectives; provide operational leadership to Sales and Client Services; establish KPIs and monitor revenue & growth targets; implement pipeline best practices and forecasting.
Performance Management & Target Setting
– Partner with leaders to implement Sales, retention, and Marketing KPIs; monitor performance and drive accountability; identify improvement areas and implement data‑driven solutions; optimize team structures and processes.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
– Ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Client Services, and Marketing; act as liaison with broader leadership; optimize pricing strategies, sales processes, and customer engagement.
Problem‑Solving & Continuous Improvement
– Proactively identify operational bottlenecks; develop and implement solutions; leverage data analytics to drive informed decision‑making; drive initiatives that enhance revenue and client acquisition.
Qualifications
7+ years in Commercial Operations with deep operator experience.
Track record of driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving skills.
Deep expertise in sales operations, pipeline management, and client services delivery.
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $200,000 – $225,000, commensurate with skills, experience, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, disability, life insurance, flexible time off, parental leave, remote flex, 401(k) with match, and home office setup.
