What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue new Pharma and Medical Device staffing opportunities
Build and grow client relationships
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
Drive revenue through strategic account development
Meet weekly KPIs and contribute to team success
Collaborate with recruiters and teammates to deliver results
What You Need
Prior Pharma and Medical Device staffing sales experience (required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven
Uncapped commission + accelerator bonuses
Paid parental leave & 401(k)
Remote flexibility & gym reimbursement
