Senior Marketing Manager, Commercial, will develop and lead strategic marketing initiatives that attract industry giants to flagship events such as Enterprise Connect, Channel Partners Conference & Expo, and Data Center World. You will architect and oversee sophisticated marketing campaigns that fill exhibition halls with premium sponsors and create meaningful connections that drive business growth and long-term partnerships. What You’ll Create
Strategic Revenue-Generating Campaigns
that transform prospects into sponsors and exhibitors through innovative, full-funnel marketing initiatives while establishing best practices for the marketing team Comprehensive Data-Driven Strategies
by leveraging advanced analytics to optimize campaigns, forecast trends, and demonstrate clear ROI to executive stakeholders Market-Defining Narratives
that elevate the unique value proposition of our events to decision-makers at top technology companies Advanced Sales Enablement Systems
including prospectuses, executive pitch decks, thought leadership content, and performance reports that accelerate deal cycles and increase average deal size Integrated Multi-Channel Experiences
across digital platforms that engage high-value prospects throughout their journey, with particular focus on conversion optimization and retention Why You’ll Thrive Here
You’ll have the autonomy to develop innovative marketing approaches and lead cross-functional initiatives while working with a collaborative team dedicated to excellence. Your strategic vision will directly impact business outcomes, connecting technology leaders with unparalleled networking opportunities and vendor-neutral expo experiences featuring over 300 technology suppliers. Qualifications
5+ years orchestrating successful B2B marketing campaigns, preferably in events or technology sectors Demonstrated leadership in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver exceptional business results Strategic mastery of digital marketing channels, campaign analytics, and marketing attribution models Advanced experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems like Eloqua and Salesforce, including integration optimization Exceptional strategic storytelling abilities and proven success creating executive-level, customer-centric content Outstanding cross-functional leadership skills to partner effectively with Sales, Event Production, Creative, and Central Marketing teams Experience mentoring junior marketing team members and driving process improvements Additional Information
