Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Mechanical & Structural Engineering Managers to support our Structures Engineering team. Primary Responsibilities
Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in Mechanical & Structural Engineering. Leads development of engineering solutions for Structures teams supporting current and future commercial airplane products. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering. 1+ years of experience in leading a team, formally or informally. 5+ years of engineering experience. Preferred Qualifications
Engineering degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical/Aerospace, or Civil Engineering. 5+ years of experience in structural engineering. Experience collaborating with other engineering disciplines, production and/or regulatory organization. Drug-Free Workplace

Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Total Rewards package includes health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off. Pay range: $139,400 – $188,600. Language Requirements
