Job Description Role Overview
The Renewals Operations Manager will drive predictable revenue growth and operational excellence across our customer renewal processes. This strategic role combines hands‑on operational execution with analytical rigor, working cross‑functionally to optimize renewal outcomes, enhance customer retention, and scale our Renewals & Professional Services GTM organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable processes that directly impact our revenue performance and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain standardized renewal processes, workflows, and forecasting methodologies that maximize customer retention and revenue growth from 12+ months out to close
Build comprehensive renewal dashboards, conduct deep‑dive analysis on renewal trends and churn patterns, and create actionable insights that drive executive decision‑making and revenue optimization
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless renewal operations, align on account health metrics, and coordinate intervention strategies for at‑risk accounts
Implement and manage renewal automation tools, establish health scoring systems, and design early warning processes that proactively identify and address renewal risks
Lead and mentor renewal operations specialists and analysts, develop training programs, and create performance management frameworks that drive team effectiveness
Qualifications Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, renewals, customer success operations, or related analytical role
3+ years of management experience leading operational teams with demonstrated ability to build and scale processes
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to manipulate large datasets, derive insights, and present findings to executive leadership
Experience with SaaS, technology, or subscription‑based business models
Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to influence across organizational boundaries
Preferred Qualifications & Special Requirements
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Experience with renewal management platforms (PlanHat, Gainsight, Gong, or equivalent)
Background in healthcare technology, medical imaging, or regulated industries
Experience in Professional Services or complex B2B sales environments
Certification in relevant tools (Salesforce Administrator, analytics platforms, or equivalent)
Experience with process automation tools and workflow design
Background with revenue recognition principles and financial reporting
Travel Requirements
Up to 10% travel primarily within North America for team collaboration
