Contracts Manager (Engineering/Procurement/Construction Materials) Location: 2707 North Loop West, Houston, TX 77008 Travel: up to 15% domestically What You'll Do
Manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle—drafting, reviewing, negotiating and maintaining agreements for EPC materials and vendor services. Partner closely with Legal to align on risk mitigation, compliance and contract strategy. Lead and mentor a Contracts Administrator Specialist (and future team members as we grow). Serve as a key advisor to project leaders on contractual rights, obligations and commercial risk. Maintain an active database of key clauses, milestones and deliverables, ensuring clear visibility and compliance. Support claims and dispute resolution by leveraging contract language, schedules and project data. Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to ensure contracts align with operational and strategic goals. Travel occasionally (10–15%) to project sites or vendor locations as needed. What You'll Bring
5+ years of contracts management experience, ideally within EPC or large‑scale industrial projects. Strong experience with materials‑focused contracting. Proven ability to lead and develop people—previous team leadership experience preferred. Working knowledge of legal and commercial terms; able to interpret contracts with a lawyer’s precision but a businessperson’s practicality. Skilled in negotiation, communication and stakeholder management across all organizational levels. Highly organized and analytical with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint); experience with CLM tools a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or Supply Chain Management. EPC and electric power or renewable energy industry experience strongly preferred. What You'll Get
