About This Role Project Manager manages complex DB/EPC data center and mission‑critical facilities. Oversees all project execution: contract administration, engineering, procurement, scheduling, construction. Leads integrated teams, coordinates with enterprise clients, ensures seamless execution across design, procurement, construction. May require on‑site presence and supervision of field operations.

What You’ll Do

Manage integrated DB/EPC teams from project inception through completion, including pursuit phase if requested.

Director and coordinate intermediate and final engineering design and construction activities for data center facilities.

Administer prime contract, construction subcontracts, and purchase orders.

Ensure compliance with customer goals for safety, quality, environmental stewardship.

Plan, execute, and report on overall project performance.

Work directly with the customer to ensure optimal communication, satisfaction, and effective coordination between the project and other activities at the job site.

Mitigate and effectively resolve potential disputes.

Develop oversight for compliance with project‑specific health and safety plans, quality control and assurance plans.

Respond to and/or oversee Requests for Information.

Perform value engineering and constructability reviews.

Develop procurement status reports with engineering, design, procurement, scheduling and estimating teams, and define segregation of work by subcontract and purchase order packages.

Develop and/or oversee subcontractor and supplier scope, price, and schedule exhibits for subcontract and purchase order packages.

Work with procurement teams to coordinate local bidding efforts.

Procurement oversight of subcontracts and purchase orders.

Review and approve subcontract and purchase order invoices.

Oversee subcontractor and purchase order submittals.

Develop initial project‑specific schedules in conjunction with engineering design, scheduling, procurement and field construction staff.

Monitor overall progress of conceptual design, intermediate and final engineering design, and construction activities.

Administer and manage changes to the prime contract.

Develop a project‑specific Schedule of Values.

Submit and expedite timely receipt of progress payments.

Coordinate, prepare, and present progress, budget forecasting, and schedule management reports monthly.

Project close‑out and warranty administration.

Perform post‑construction cost review and reporting.

Ensure optimal relations among project stakeholders (customers, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers).

Train and mentor junior staff.

Perform any other duties assigned.

Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent; equivalent work experience may substitute.

8+ years of construction project management, with at least 3+ years managing large‑scale data center projects.

Proven ability to manage DB/EPC projects involving MEP‑intensive systems (power, cooling, redundancy, critical infrastructure).

Strong knowledge of data center construction methods, materials, equipment, including commissioning and turnover processes.

Well‑versed in engineering, design, construction, contracting methodologies, project planning and management tasks and activities (engineering, estimating, scheduling, bidding, project management and administration, prime contract preparation and administration of purchase orders and subcontracts, field supervision, budget control, safety, quality assurance, etc.).

Self‑starter.

Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, and project management software; Primavera P6 preferred.
