Plato builds RL environments that replicate real-world software and web apps, giving AI agents the training grounds to learn and act at scale.
We’re looking for generalist engineers to help us design, build, automate and scale these environments. You’ll write Python, spin up simulations of complex apps, and optimize them to run reliably in the cloud.
Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Responsibilities
