Embedded Systems Engineer - Bluetooth Compliance Specialist (On-site)

You will be instrumental in the bring‑up and qualification of new devices, working in a highly collaborative, dedicated lab environment.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and bring up full Profile Tuning Suite (PTS) compliance and functional testing for embedded systems.
Develop real‑time embedded firmware and ARM software to address compliance gaps within a FreeRTOS environment.
Establish robust test strategies and plans for recurring, regular code coverage.
Collaborate closely with a co‑located engineering team in an on‑site lab setting.
Ensure successful Bluetooth certification for new consumer hardware devices.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in embedded systems engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with C/C++ programming.
Minimum of 3 years of direct experience working with Bluetooth wireless technology and PTS compliance.
Proven experience in embedded device firmware development.
Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours and work on‑site 5 days a week in Redmond, WA due to physical device lab requirements.
