Location Type:

Remote, with the expectation that candidates are able to commute by car to Holland, Michigan as needed.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Talent Acquisition

– Lead and evolve the company’s global talent acquisition strategy to attract top‑tier candidates across technical and corporate roles.

Talent Strategy & Leadership

– Partner with the CHRO and executive leadership to design and implement a global talent strategy that supports rapid business growth and organizational transformation.

Leadership Development & Succession Planning

– Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Leadership Development & Succession Planning

– Develop a strong leadership pipeline and succession framework for critical roles, including executive‑level successors.

Performance & Growth

– Lead the global performance management process to drive accountability, innovation, and a growth mindset across all levels of the organization.

Learning & Development

– Design and implement scalable talent development programs, including leadership training, mentorship, and career pathing.

Learning & Development

– Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with business needs.

Learning & Development

– Partner with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and build targeted development programs.

Culture & Engagement

– Champion our culture by driving employee engagement initiatives that foster continuous feedback, learning, and growth.

Culture & Engagement

– Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent programs and inform strategic decisions.

Culture & Engagement

– Collaborate with HR, DEI, and business leaders to ensure alignment with company values and goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.

Additional certifications such as SHRM or equivalent are highly desirable.

Experience

10–15 years of progressive experience in talent management, talent acquisition, and learning & development.

Proven track record of designing, implementing, and scaling talent programs in dynamic, fast‑paced, and tech‑driven environments.

Deep expertise in performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.

Hands‑on experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms; familiarity with Workday is a plus.

Demonstrated success in executing high‑impact recruiting strategies and building robust pipelines for critical roles.

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience in automation, manufacturing, or technology sectors is advantageous.
