Director, Supervisory Analytics and Reporting
Base pay range: $125,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year Location: Osaic offices – Atlanta, La Vista, Oakdale, Scottsdale, St. Petersburg. Osaic is not considering remote candidates at this time. Applicants must be located at one of our hubs and must be willing to work a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. We are looking for a driven and motivated leader to join our Supervision organization. The Director, Supervisory Analytics and Reporting will identify supervision operational efficiency opportunities, partner with development SMEs, and execute automation and digitization strategies. The leader will develop and deliver a management reporting methodology, support the Head of Supervision, and foster a culture that exemplifies Osaic’s core values. Education Requirements
Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree, high school diploma (or equivalent) plus significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of a Master’s degree. Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of process automation engagements including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Identify, design, and manage the supervision automation strategy, partner with key stakeholders, and work with technology to create required infrastructure. Design and manage intelligent automation solutions that automate functions and deliver benefits for capacity creation, risk reduction, and streamline supervisory processes while adhering to relevant securities regulations. Coaches and mentors less experienced team members on automation tools and delivers training courses and curricula around workflow automation. Manage and ensure the delivery of Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and metrics with key stakeholders to define benefits from supervision automation. Basic Requirements
7+ years of experience in delivering intelligent automation and business analysis or equivalent experience. Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with deep business understanding to assess risk implications. Significant business and technical expertise and problem‑solving methodologies focused on analyzing complex operating models, anticipating issues, and using technology to mitigate risk. Working knowledge of one or multiple intelligent automation applications and programming languages. Experience coaching and directing less experienced team members on automation tools. Knowledge of financial industry compliance and regulations. Regulatory knowledge of Investment Adviser’s Act of 1940 and FINRA regulations. Preferred Requirements
