Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of experience in project managing and delivering technical solutions.

Experience in machine learning, recommendation systems, natural language processing, computer vision, pattern recognition, or artificial intelligence.

Experience with technical client service (e.g., consulting).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with statistical programming languages such as R or Python and applied machine‑learning techniques.

Experience designing and deploying models with TensorFlow, Spark ML, CNTK, Torch, Caffe, or Scikit‑learn.

Systems design experience with data‑analytics pipelines and data flows.

Excellent communication, written, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.

About the Role The Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services team guides customers through critical projects that transform their businesses using AI/ML technologies. As a Technical Project Manager, you will help clients develop, deploy, and manage custom AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will provide technical project management, consulting, and guidance to customer engagements while working closely with client executives and technical leaders.

Responsibilities

Scope, manage, and deliver successful implementations of Cloud AI solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to decision‑makers.

Propose solution architectures and manage the deployment of cloud‑based machine‑learning solutions according to customer requirements.

Collaborate with internal specialists, product, and development teams to package best‑practice approaches into thought leadership and published assets.

Manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks, and timelines for successful client outcomes.

Travel approximately 30% of the time for client engagements.
