EY-Parthenon – Corporate Finance – EY Infrastructure Advisory – Associate
Join EY-Parthenon as a Corporate Finance Associate within Infrastructure Advisory. This role supports clients in large‑scale infrastructure projects across transportation, renewable power, utilities, and public buildings.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in developing and implementing strategies for large‑scale infrastructure projects.
Perform research, financial analysis, modeling, and market tracking.
Demonstrate understanding of capital project/program funding, financing, and delivery mechanisms at local, state, and national levels.
Provide project and program management assistance to clients and project teams.
Participate in strategy, financial, project delivery, business planning, funding, procurement, and policy analysis and recommendations.
Contribute to writing key work products, including briefing memoranda, notes, reports, presentations, and financial analysis.
Assist with market research, business development, proposal writing, and marketing material creation.
Develop and mentor team members at staff and intern levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or graduate degree and at least 1–2 years of related experience.
Proven quantitative analytical capabilities.
Outstanding critical thinking, communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Intellectually curious with a strong desire to develop professionally in the infrastructure finance and policy sector.
Ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
Preferred Attributes
Outstanding critical thinking skills and ability to solve unstructured problems.
Knowledge of leveraging AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
Benefits
Competitive compensation range: $98,900–$181,400 (U.S. geographic locations). New York City, Washington State, and California exclude Sacramento: $118,800–$206,100.
