What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with payer and PBM clients

Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans aligned with client needs

Build trusted relationships with C-level executives in Operations, IT, and Pharmacy Services

Position the employer’s offerings to address critical operational challenges in healthcare

Maintain a disciplined pipeline and exceed growth targets through accurate forecasting

What is Required (Qualifications)

10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology or SaaS solutions to payers or PBMs

Proven track record of acquiring new logos and achieving $5M+ annual sales targets

Established relationships and a credible book of business within healthcare

Deep understanding of payer operations, PBM workflows, and value-based care drivers

Exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
