What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with payer and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) clients
Develop and execute a strategic go‑to‑market plan that aligns with the employer’s platform capabilities
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives in Operations, IT, and Pharmacy Services
Position the employer's suite of offerings to address operational challenges within client organizations
Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and accurately forecast to exceed growth targets
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology or SaaS solutions to payers or PBMs
Proven track record of acquiring new logos and consistently achieving $5M+ annual sales targets
Established relationships and a credible book of business in healthcare administration or analytics
Deep understanding of payer operations, PBM workflows, and value‑based care drivers
Exceptional negotiation and executive communication skills

Strong storytelling ability to effectively communicate value propositions to stakeholders
