What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with payer and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) clients
Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan that aligns with the employer’s platform capabilities
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives in Operations, IT, and Pharmacy Services
Position the employer’s offerings to address operational challenges in claims administration and member engagement
Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and forecast accurately to exceed growth targets
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology or SaaS solutions to payers or PBMs
Proven track record of acquiring new logos and achieving $5M+ annual sales targets
Established relationships and a credible book of business within healthcare administration or analyticsDeep understanding of payer operations, PBM workflows, and value-based care drivers
Exceptional negotiation and executive communication skills
