Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Sales located in Elgin, IL. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading and directing the sales team, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business development. The role includes setting and achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Vice President of Sales will also work closely with other departments to align sales objectives with the company’s overall business goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management

Strong skills in Account Management and Business Development

Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Experience in the freight or logistics industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
