As the VP, Sales Strategy, you will be the architect of our sales organization's future, responsible for defining the overarching strategy that propels us toward aggressive revenue targets. You will work hand-in-hand with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and the Sales Leadership Team, providing the strategic framework and analytical rigor necessary to achieve sustainable competitive advantage and operational excellence. Responsibilities include designing and owning the multi-year sales strategy, leading market and competitive intelligence, optimizing sales performance, aligning cross-functional strategies, defining sales enablement and tooling strategy, establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms, and spearheading special projects and innovation. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred), 10+ years of progressive experience in sales strategy or related fields, proven track record in sales strategy design and execution, strong analytical skills, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and experience in high-performing team development. The role is marked as indicating partial remote work.
