to lead commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand market share across the U.S. intermodal sector. This is a high-impact executive role reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. The ideal candidate will bring deep intermodal expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities
Lead national sales strategy and execution for intermodal services Drive new business development and strategic account growth Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions Build and mentor a team of regional and national sales professionals Develop strategic relationships with shippers, rail providers, and 3PL partners Monitor market trends and adjust strategy to stay ahead of the curve Candidate Profile
10+ years of senior sales leadership in intermodal or multimodal logistics Proven success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share Strong network across shippers, railroads, and logistics partners Commercially savvy with a customer-first mindset Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment What’s on Offer
