Leads and manages analysis and reports, utilizing expertise to recommend improvements. Manages and drives regional/cross-regional projects Responsibilities

Problem Solving/Assessment

Determines and applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of complex, functional and/or cross-functional problems with business implications (often complex and with a high level of ambiguity) Problem Solving/Assessment

Facilitates discussions often with large/cross-functional groups and drives resolution where disagreement exists Project Management

Creates, manages, and drives large regional/cross-regional project plans and resources, executing them using appropriate tools and techniques Project Management

Ensures resources are in the right place at the right time Project Management

Drives alignment with stakeholders from problem identification through implementation and post-implementation monitoring Project Management

Communicates team progress Project Management

Creates scope, project charter and stakeholder analysis Project Management

Applies appropriate project management skills and best practices including Lean Six Sigma Project Management

Identifies and manages risks and issues, driving suitable mitigation plans Cost/Benefit Analysis and Monitoring

Manages pre and post implementation analysis and develops recommendations and plans Cost/Benefit Analysis and Monitoring

Creates and drives sign-off of BRD (business requirements document), managing BRDs (including those with high complexity), cross-functional and cross-regional reviews Business Requirements, Functional Design and Process Design

Works with the BSA's and Dev. team on solution design and development, providing recommendations for improvement Business Requirements, Functional Design and Process Design

Assesses solutions from multiple angles Business Requirements, Functional Design and Process Design

Reviews functional design, working closely with BSAs and DEV teams to ensure solution meets requirements Business Requirements, Functional Design and Process Design

Partners with stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areas Business Requirements, Functional Design and Process Design

Utilizes Lean Six Sigma methodology; may design or improve business processes Business Requirements, Functional Design and Process Design

Facilitates workshops to drive agreement where appropriate Stakeholder Management

Likely to work with governance boards or steering committees to build effective relationships Stakeholder Management

15+ years experience in related field preferred Bachelor's degree required Green belt preferred The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 119,000 - 179,000 CAD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
