Group Retiree Pharmacy Actuarial Consultant - Remote Join us at

to drive innovative pharmacy pricing for our

Employer Group Waiver Plan (EGWP)

and help shape the future of healthcare. This remote role offers flexibility from anywhere in the U.S., with on-site office requirements in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. market for four days per week and minimal travel.

Primary Responsibilities

Prepare, manage, review, and complete pricing requests for EGWP Part D in collaboration with pricing leads and analysts.

Develop, lead, and ensure completion of Part D pricing studies to support rate development strategy and analyze emerging plan experience and trends.

Assist actuarial leadership and complete ad‑hoc analyses using Excel and SAS.

Maintain pharmacy pricing process in internal systems and update documentation.

Cross‑functionally support business partners and peers with technical and pricing questions and provide peer review.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

ASA or near attainment of ASA.

4+ years of actuarial experience.

Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with VBA, SQL, and/or SAS.

Experience in the healthcare industry.

Medicare experience.

Pay ranges from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full‑time employment, and the role includes a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution. Salary is determined by local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications and other factors.
