About the Role We’re looking for a

Senior Growth Marketing Manager

who’s passionate about scaling growth in a fast-moving SaaS environment. This is a hands-on, hybrid role that bridges

strategic creative vision

with

data-driven execution

connecting growth campaigns, product marketing, and sales enablement into one cohesive motion.

You’ll lead and optimize

multi-channel campaigns

across email, paid media, and events, driving measurable ROI, pipeline growth, and brand visibility. If you’re a creative marketer who thrives on performance data and enjoys crafting stories that convert, this is your ideal next step.

Key Responsibilities Copywriting & Messaging

Craft clear, persuasive, and conversion-oriented messaging across

ads, email, video, and social media.

Continuously test and refine copy based on data insights, A/B results, and customer feedback.

Lead creative direction for

digital campaigns (email, paid ads, and video)

from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Partner with internal design and product teams to develop compelling creative that drives engagement and conversions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with

content, product, and sales teams

to execute full-funnel marketing campaigns.

Manage campaign calendars, deliverables, and workflows to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.

Performance & Optimization

Define and track KPIs across campaigns including

CTR, conversion rates, engagement, CAC, and ROI.

Run ongoing

A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data analysis

to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

About You

3–7+ years

in creative or digital marketing roles, with

2–3 years in a managerial capacity.

Proven experience in

copywriting and digital campaign management

across email, paid ads, and marketing collateral.

Analytical mindset with expertise in

marketing metrics, reporting, and iteration based on performance data.

Excellent

collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.

Bonus:

Prior experience in

B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS

marketing environments.
