Responsibilities
Plan, develop, coordinate, and deliver in-house product training programs for field sales and clinical specialists
Prepare training materials and course content, ensuring alignment with company and customer objectives
Develop a deep understanding of ENT product lines to create effective continuing education programs
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support new product launches with sales messaging and training tools
Continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements and keep technical information current
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years of relevant experience in the medical device/healthcare industry, clinical training, or education curriculum
Associate's Degree with 9+ years experience or Baccalaureate Degree with 7+ years experience
Strong understanding of clinical study designs and results
Experience working with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Marketing, and Sales
Ability to analyze data and utilize systems like SFDC, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in arranging and executing training programs
Background in office site of care and/or pharmaceutical curriculum
Comfortable with data analytics and reporting
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with field and marketing teams
