What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Plan, develop, coordinate, and deliver in-house product training programs for field sales and clinical specialists
Prepare training materials and develop course content to meet company and customer objectives
Maintain competitive product knowledge and disseminate information to field teams
Collaborate with the product marketing team to support new product launches with sales messaging and training tools
Continuously revise training materials to align with new requirements and technical advancements
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, or field sales/support in the medical device/healthcare industry (OR Associate's Degree with 9+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 7+ years experience)
Strong understanding of procedural use for ENT product lines
Proven ability to develop and execute training programs
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with healthcare professionals and internal teams
Willingness to travel 20% - 30%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in managing and executing training programs
Background in office site of care and/or pharmaceutical curriculum
Proficient in data analysis and familiar with tools like SFDC, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams/SharePoint
Previous experience working with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Marketing, and Sales
